CAKE BAKERS NEEDED
To help us raise funds at our Fairs and Fun Dog Shows we are in need of cake bakers to bake one or two cakes for our stalls. We sell them whole on our cake stand or sliced on our refreshment table. There is always a very long queue and the cakes & tasty nibbles soon run out.

You could also help us by donating items that we regularly need, such as :
**Tinned dog food -urgently required (Butcher's tripe mix and Chappie are favourites) but any tinned food would help**

Stationery - pens, envelopes, sticky notes, sellotape, coloured paper clips, plastic sleeves.

Used stamps (tear off postmark)

TOMBOLA & RAFFLE APPEAL
Do you have any unwanted presents or new items that you could donate to our Charity? Quality gifts like Toileteries, Drinks, Toys, DVDs, Gift Sets etc are urgently required for our fundraising tombola stall. By donating items which may just be taking up space in your home, you could make a real difference to the well-being of the animals at our sanctuary. Please ring us on 0151 549 0959.
Rags, new & nearly new clothes, bags & shoes can help raise valuable funds for the Sanctuary.
We sell items at our fairs and at our shops and the rest we send for recycling and for the Third World.
We can get around £250 per van load. So please keep them coming.

FOR STAFF TERRIERS AND X BREEDS. MANY WILL BE DESTROYED BY OWNERS OR OTHER CENTRES IF HOMES NOT FOUND. WE NEVER DESTROY ANY BUT CAN ONLY HELP OTHERS IF YOU OFFER HOMES TO SOME OF OURS AT THE SANCTUARY.
EVEN A FOSTER HOME WILL HELP TO GIVE US ROOM TO HELP THE NEEDY AND URGENT CASES.

Many Staffies Needing Homes!
Adorable fun loving Staffordshire bull terriers needing homes. We are currently over flowing with staffies of all ages shapes and sizes, many Staffies are being put to sleep BEFORE we can help them because we simply dont have room to take anymore. Please note, we have a NO DESTRUCTION POLICY, but many Staffies that end up in Pounds etc are being PTS due to the lack of space at rescues. Animals in Need is Based in the Melling area of Liverpool. We promote kindness and the prevention of cruelty to animals in particular by providing or assisting in the provision of food, shelter and veterinary treatment for animals in need of care and protection. At Animals In Need, we follow the 3 R's: RESCUE - REHABILITATE - REHOME. We help the sad cases other centres are not able to help. We have a no destruction policy and house all the animals until we find them loving homes. We are always home to over 100 animals (Dogs, Cats, Rabbits & Rodents, Sheep, Goats, Chickens & Geese). We arrange for all the animals to be vaccinated, neutered and microchipped before they go to their new homes. Please take a moment to view the animals we have for adoption.

FOSTER HOMES NEEDED FOR DOGS AND CATS
To help us save abandoned animals thoughout the year,
we are in need of foster homes.
By doing this frees up valuable space in our kennels and cattery.
