PLEASE GIVE THIS WONDERFUL DOG A CHANCE

CHICO

Chico is a football crazy lad who loves to enjoy life outside the kennels.

Sadly he has been with us now for 4 years and He is desperate for a home to call his own.

He needs a home with no young children and no other pets altho he does walk good around other dogs he does like his own space.

 Due to him being with us for so long any new owner would need to visit a few times before taking him home, but it will be worth  the effort.

LONG TERM FOSTER HOMES WILL BE CONCIDERED

SABRE

Poor sabre came back in after his owner was evicted and had no where to take the dog.

We are hoping he will find a house soon as sabre misses him but sadly we can not hold on to him due to lack of space.

He is house trained and walks well on the lead.

BUSTER- dalmation 18 months

Buster is DEAF, but please don't dismiss him, he is a very friendly and loving dog.

He is good with other dogs (but preferes females) and loves playing in our compound.

If given the time to settle down in a home he will make someone a fantastic pet. He knows some basic hand signals.

He suffers with seperation anxiety so needs someone home all the time.

NIGEL

Nigel came into us via the RSPCA, he was found as a stray in awful condition.

He is very underweight. He is a very loving and gentle boy who is great with other dogs.

He needs now needs a caring and loving owner.

CHICO

Poor Chico came to us via the RSPCA, he is friendly and loving but sensitive around neck area when on lead,

we think he may have been dragged while on lead with previous owner.

Slowly he is getting better. He loves to play.

BELLA

Bella is a friendly girl.  She came to us via the RSPCA.

She is an old tyme bull dog approx 3-4 years old.

due to her size she needs a home with older children.  

LEWIS

Poor Lewis came to us via the RSPCA after never being claimed by his owner. 

He may have a mild form of epilepsy but this does not affect him at all.

He loves to play and loves being out on walks.

He seems good around other dogs but is a little over keen for some dogs due to his size.

BENJI

Poor Benji was tied to our gate with a note on his collar, he was so scared it took 10 minutes

to get a lead on him and untie him from tree.

 He finds it hard to trust new people but with patience he comes round.

He needs a home with no children or other pets.

Any new owner will need to be prepered to give him space and time to settle.

 

 

PATCH- 2 yrs- x collie/staff

Patch came to us via the RSPCA as a stray, he now needs a loving caring home to spend the rest of his life in.

He is a friendly lad who needs a home with older children and no other pets.

 With proper introduction he is ok with dogs. He walks great on a harness and loves long walks.

TYSON

Tyson is desperate for a home.

 He needs an adult-only home where someone is there with him most of the day as he does not like to be left.

Once he trusts you he is very loyal. He is not good around other dogs.

He loves long walks

MISSY

Missy is a lively and friendly girl.

She is good with dogs, cats and children.

She is very active so would suit a family home.

BOOTS

Boots came in to us with her daughter,

sadly she has now been homed so she is all alone desperate for a new home.

 She is not good with other dogs and would suit a adult home.

                                                                                                                                              

RUBY

Ruby came to us via RSPCA. Sadly her owner could not take her back.

She has lived with children and is good with dogs similar size to her.

She is very loving and would make someone a great family pet.

TILLY

Poor tilly was found as a stray in bootle but sadly her owners never came forward to claim her.

 She would suit an adult home with no other pets.

She loves her walks and tasty treats.

MILLIE Millie is a young and lively girl, she needs an adult home as she is very boistourous.  She is good around some other dogs but would best suit a home by herself. Millie loves all people and enjoys long walks.

BLIGE - 2½yrs old Staff Beautiful Blige is a lovely dog. She is looking for an adult home (she prefers males) with no children and other pets.  Blige is very affectionate once she knows you and loves being out of her kennel. Potential owners may need to visit her a few times. Given the chance blige will make a great pet. PATCH Patch came back into us due t the owner not being able to cole with his puppy behaviour. He needs some basic training but is quick to learn. He is great with other dogs. Older children would suit better due to him being lively. MAX Max is a big lad who needs a loving adult home. He is very friendly with people but not good with other dogs but walks good around them when under control. He is a 7 year old  x Bernese/gsd. TIA 8 year old x staff Tia came to us after being passed around. Sadly she came to us in a sorry state. She had a skin condition, sore eyes and was very underweight. She is a very friendly girl and is slowly getting her condition back and learning to enjoy life again.         OSCAR 2 yr old x Boxer Oscar is a strong lad who needs a strong responsible and loving owner.  He needs a home without children or other pets. He loves to play ball and is very obedient while playing, he needs a little basic training while out walking but he will make someone very happy. TEDDY Teddy is a 1 year old x mastiff.  He is very big and bouncy. He is good with children but due to his size he needs an adult home.      RICKY - 6yr old American Bull Dog Poor Ricky was kept in a shed for 2 years before the RSPCA in Preston took him in. We were asked if could help him as he was due to be put to sleep. He has now been with us since December 2007. He is looking for an experienced owner who has had big dogs. NANUK Nanuk is a big young active lad who needs a home willing to spend time training him. He is ok with some dogs but not good with cats. He is only 9 months old. COOPER Cooper came to us via the RSPCA. He is a friendly lad who loves to play. He needs an adult home due to his size. JAKE Jake is a friendly lad who loves company. He hates being in kennels.  He would suit a quiet adult home.

We have a huge intake list of dogs waiting to come into the Sanctuary.

*URGENT APPEAL*

Many Staffies Needing Homes! Adorable fun loving Staffordshire bull terriers needing homes. We are currently over flowing with staffies of all ages shapes and sizes, many staffies are being put to sleep because we simply dont have room to take anymore, please note, we have a NO DESTRUCTION POLICY, but many staffies that end up in Pounds etc are being PTS due to the lack of space at rescues.
